Project Coordinator/Quality Assurance 

The Bettinger Company is currently seeking detail-oriented individual that can successfully work in a fast-paced environment located in Delaware County. 



The position requires someone who is highly organized, committed, deadline-driven, self-motivated and possesses strong technical and communication skills. This person must be able to execute the following duties with minimal supervision: 


  • Coordinate all phases of a project and efficiently monitor timelines and control project status 

  • Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, final eye…) 

  • Engage with supervisors regarding recommended edits to document as per client/project requirements 

  • Meet agreed productivity expectations and performance standards 

  • Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost reconciliations 

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and company translators 

  • Take responsibility for personal learning and training needs to master the company services, client requirements, new technologies and effectively apply. 


Skills and Qualifications Required: 

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English 

  • Must possess a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new things 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to successfully work under tight deadlines is a must 

  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team 

  • Experience working with multilingual fonts and documents is a plus 

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as InDesign and Photoshop are a plus 

  • Familiarity with Trados Studio, preferred but not required 


Prior quality assurance experience in the language industry a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

Administrative Social Workers

Established non-profit program located in Center City is looking for Administrative Social Workers.


HOURS: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 PM... employees work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and are in the Center City office Tuesday - Thursday. This position does not involve home visitation.


PAY: We are able to pay $14/hr.


Candidates without previous positions in Social Work or Case Management will not be considered.


This position is an administrative office position that does not require home visits to clients. They are in charge of checking in with clients over Zoom to make sure they are enrolled in and completing the organization's services, coordinating their enrollment in the programs offered, and writing simple summaries documenting their progress.


Must have demonstrated experience in conducting intake, documenting databases, deescalation, and working with clients of various backgrounds.


You will be required to develop and maintain case records, compile history, maintain accurate and complete documentation of service activity, interaction and progress as it occurs. Conduct and initiate the process and procedures involved in the preparation and completion of all documents.



• A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from accredited university or college

• Demonstrated experience in social work and case management

• Must be well organized, detail-oriented, tasks-driven and able to work independently and set daily priorities by maintaining a weekly as well as a monthly schedule

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

A busy home health care company is looking for an energetic bilingual customer service rep to make calls all day to new senior clients who are interested in or currently enrolling in their program. You MUST be great on the phone, speak Spanish and English perfectly, be relentless with coordination, documenting the database system and following up! Their office is located in center city Philadelphia. The position will start as a remote position and will return to onsite late August/ September.


Job Description:

The Intake Specialist executes the process of onboarding consumers for HCBS Waiver Programs in the Philadelphia area. The successful candidate should have great interpersonal skills, and some clinical and healthcare knowledge is a plus. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Energized and professional with excellent follow-up skills (this is extremely important).

Customer Service Rep

Schedules, routes and dispatches trips to third-party providers and handles the coordination of pre-scheduled trips to medical facilities.

Pay rate - $11/hr

Monday through Friday (11:30am to 8pm)

2 Saturdays per month required (off 1 day during the week)

Mandatory - 40 hours weekly


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Schedule route and dispatch trips to all manner of providers

Assist in coordination of mass transportation when needed

Administer trips for volunteer/ independent drivers and mileage reimbursement program

Completes all documentation and process task associated to mileage mapping and application procedures if responsible for volunteer/ independent drivers and mileage reimbursement programs

Works closely with transportation providers and health care facilities to resolve problems

Assigns reservations to network providers to ensure that vehicle resources are used most efficiently and effectively to meet client demand

Responsible for daily communication with transportation providers

Ensures accurate trip data input

Experience At least 1 to 2 years customer service experience in an inbound call center environment with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred 1 to 2 years of routing, scheduling and/or dispatch experience preferred Prior in-bound call center experience preferred Knowledge of transit system a plus Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and covered services plus
